Switch the Reset Button in the latch from "OFF" to "SET". 2. Turn the Dials to your desired combination (e.g.:8-8-8). 3. Switch the Reset Button back to "OFF", and now you can open the lock with the new combination.

If you notice that the handle of the luggage feels a bit shaky, don't worry. This slight degree of handle movement is intentional to ensure long-term usage. Due to thermal expansion and contraction principles and lateral forces, a bit of movement is necessary to prevent the handle from becoming too tight and possibly causing damage.
